Yeah, i have been using a combo of Arginine/Ornithine/lysine for muscle gains and fat loss. I started with 500 mg of each, with one serving as soon as i got up in the a.m. and right before bed at night, and i mean right before bed. i started to notice i was a little harder and tighter after about 2 weeks, then it leveld off after week 3. I upped my night time dose of each amino to 1000mg, and i have kept my morning doses at 500mg each. It's now week 5 and i'm still seeing results, i'll probably keep this up for a while, at least until i have to raise the doses to 2000mg each, then i'm thinking i may lower the doses back down, then cycle off for a few weeks. I'd say go for it, especially if your local drug store runs those buy one get one promos on aminos, my local one did, and i stocked up on about 10 bottles. I did a lot of research on this before i tried it, talked to 2 relatives who are doctors and read a lot, also, i've got a minor in nutrition. Basically, you can create a natural growth hormone releaser, instead of spending about 80 dollars a month on those "hgh releasers" that contain nothing by aminos, and the questionable L-dopa.
