Arginine and Taurine

I take my Arginine a waken 1/2 h before bfast ,1/2 pre WO
1/2 post WO and 1/2 h bfor bed all 5 g doses and taurine 2g
aday split ,dont know any links but isin most muscl mags from
time to time in sup time articles .

Taurine 5g a day and up it if need be. Arginine can be between 2-5g i believe, i tried a lower dose and a higher dose for me i got much better pumps on the higher dose but they got so bad that it limited my workouts since i'd be so pumped so i use a low dose now. usually 1/2 hr before workout. I take the taurine as well 1/2 hr before, don't really see a need for arginine any other time then before a workout.
