Arginine and Herpes

I want to take Arginine, but do not want to have a Herpes flair up any ideas guys??? I posted this before on another area, but got no response...Anyone????

Topical zinc and lysine may help, their study on the argine / lysine link was fairy old, you may have seen more recent stuff, as this was all news to me you'll have to read it for yourself.
