Are there any OTC beta 3 agonists?

There is octopamine but i dont know how to get that other than in low doses of synephrine/bitter orange. Are there any OTC drugs that affect beta 3 and/or anyone that sells pure octopamine? I thought ephedrine just did alpha 1, 2 and beta 1, 2.

Nor-synephrine was supposed to activate the Beta-3 adrenoreceptor, but it was a bust.

The only supplement I know that can do it is Green Tea. Get a 50% ECGC extract. Green Tea works through the Beta-3 adrenerecopters that control brown Adipose tissue. It is therefore non-stimulative.

DOes green tea just affect the beta 3 receptors on brown adipose tissue or on white adipose tissue as well? WHat doses would i need? I want one that effects white adipose tissue to see if there is a synergersic effect of combining T3 with a beta 3 agonist as T3 upregulates these receptors on white fat tissue.

if its a bust then why bother.

No, what happens is Green tea activates the Beta-3 receptor which in turn activates the BAT, which starts to dissipate calories(BAT is full of mitochondria). Then, if you have burned more calories than you consumed, your WAT will decrease because its used for fuel by the body.
Beta-3 adrenoreceptor has no effect on WAT. Only Beta 1's and 2's do.
(Ephedrine and Clen are a good example of drugs that do this)

Octopamine is not worth buying.

Green tea in the 2500mg/day(50% ECGC) increases your BMR by a good 5%. Far more than any ECA stack and Clen.

Besides GH, what other drugs/supps stimulate the beta 3 receptor? Even GH is not directly mediated through the beta 3. There are no known drugs that do this to my knowledge anyway. An Australian company, Metabolic Pharmaceuticals LTD, is in Phase II trials with an oral that duplicates the HGH fragment that stimulates Beta-3's in adipose tissue but nothing is on the market right now. Here's a link.

This is my territory..nutrient partitioning agents. Too bad you have no clue as to what I'm talking about. It must really piss you off...lol
Maybe in 5 or so years, you'll develop the necessary knowledge....but until then...you're a non-entity.
