Are anti-e's really necessary?...

I was just thinking if they are really necessary. Did Arnold and the BB of the late 70's and 80's use anti-e's? If Arnold didn't he looks pretty damn good. Are anti-e's (for lack of a better word) just a new fad? Would appreciate any advice or input into why or why anti-e's should be used, benefits, etc.? Did the older BB's use them? Thanks!

i dont use and have never used any anti'e's, because i dont get gyno. well atleast so far. the only reason i would use an anti-e is to lose water weight.

yes why take the chance that you are as lucky in genetics as some people are...after a couple cycles you'll know but at first be safe

It depends. The reduction in water bloat will help keep blood pressure lower = healthier heart and possibly longer life in the long run. If you do get gyno, then whenever someone asks this question, you'll be the first person to post "Oh sweet Jebus, yes."

I have (touch wood) never suffered from gyno. However, I still always keep a box to hand just in case I ever get the slightest signs. My last box expired I'd had it so long and I had to replace it.
