That's the problem with alot of this scientific stuff... There are hints and suggestions but there's sometimes isn't absolute proof because the effects of the drug affect people differnetly.
There are hints that CLA can help people control fat. Unfortunately the only way for you to know it to get off of it and experiment. The only person who know how well a drug works in your body is you or your doctor
Well, I don't know if both are the ones doing the job...or just r-ALA...or just CLA. I'm scare to test shit out bro. What if stop taking CLA but stay on r-ALA and all gets screwed up for me! Chics? Look at my gallery. lol
