Applying Forma Stanzol

10 pumps. It says chest back shoulders arms abs. Do you apply 10 total pumps or 10 pumps to the shoulders, 10 to the chest, 10 to the abs, 10 to the arms, etc?

Sorry to jack your thread but? Is there a concern if women come in contact with your skin after you have applied Forma Stanzol? I'm concerned about putting it on my chest before bed and then having it transfer to my wife during sex.

Apply it in the morning. Let dry,,get dressed.

you should wait a few hours to ensure that it is not spread... it does dry quickly but that would be the proper amount of time... you do 5 pumps in the a.m. and 5 pumps twelve hours later... rub it on your chest and abs...

Hey quick question, i got like 20ml left in the bottem of a forma bottle can i mix it with a different bottle and keep using it? The thing that squirts the forma out doesnt work anymore.

I don't see why you couldn't do that. I've done that before myself. If you are putting it in a bottle other than another firms bottle just make sure there are no other substances in the other bottle. One thong you would also have yo keep in mind is that your dosing will be hard to judge without the forma sprayer.
