Whats up guys? Any of you ever experienced a loss of appetite while on cycle? Im running a Sust and Deca cycle, 500mgs per week sust and 300mgs per week deca. My appetite is about what a three year old girls would be, I try to eat, but get to feeling sick and shit. Have not really gained much weight, from 175 to around 181 now, lost two pounds last week, was up to 183. Gear is good, strength is climbing 350lbs max bench is now three rep weight. What gives here, I at a fucking loss.
 
I'd go with the one I linked to.. It's a time release, so you load it the first week then just do 2cc a week after that..

Oral is a waste, you need to take it by the lbs' for it to work..

What is your meal timing like? What is your main protein source? I eat every 2-2.5 hours and my main protein source is red meat. I can't get enough food. I am seriously staring within 30-45 minutes of eating and I do eat big servings. I naturally have a slow metabolism too. LOW intensity cardio before breakfast makes me starve all day as well.
 
Eatting is not an option.... It's a necessity. Quit whining and eat!!! J/K

B-12 might help. Never heard that combo effect anyones appetite.
You might want to do blood work. Not a Dr. but could be liver problem.
I would go to a doc if you're not better in a week. Keep us posted.
 
Try Breaking Up Carbs meals more.

I find that when I east carbs just pre lift and post, I get solid protein cravings the rest of the time, so at least i KNOW I am getting my protein requirement in


As far as other things, B12 was mentioned and as far as AAS EQ till do it.

dude, this happened to me on my first cycle, it happens to a lot of people at the beginning of a cycle.

in two weeks your appetite will start to ramp up, it's just your body adjusting to rapidly changing glucose metabolism. your body will adjust.
 
B12 does not work for me inj or tabs. Try changing what you eat. Every 2 hours eat something even if it is a very small meal or a shake. Dont be too clean on your diet. Cardio is beneficial but too much burns off what calories you may have gained. Better to increase the intensity of your resistance workout.

Damn Dude Im starting the fifth week is that normal that far in. Im having other issues with the wife and other women and shit, so I was kinda of thinking that might be screwing it up, but who knows. Geting stronger by the day, but no real changes in size.

EQ we talking about Equipose cause I can get that in the cycle quickley. That would be Sust Deca and Eq in the mix, any comments on throwing in the Eq on week five
 
Dude, you said the gear was making you sick in addition to loss of appetite. Don't blow that off. Adding more gear may or may not help. Have you ever run EQ? I would try B-12 first and see is you just have a case of Test flu or something. BUT if you are still feeling sick in a week, consider seeing your Dr.
Also try the cardio in the A.M. on an empty stomach. Half an hour after you finish you should be ravenous.

I didnt mean the gear was making me sick, I feel fine. Just get the sick feeling when I eat, it goes away, but I dont feel like Im getting what I need from my diet because of the small amount that Im eating. But I only feel sick when I eat, other wise Im great.

I wouldnt do the EQ unless the cycle was going to be ran 8-10 more weeks longer. With the half life of EQ being 21 days thats the shortest time you could run it to see any positve affects in body or appetite. It takes at least five weeks to build up in your system. Also I dnt think the combo of EQ and deca would be great. But im biased and like the EQ more than deca
 
Another easy trick that I believe helped me was dessicated liver tabs. I got them when I read Nelson's books, and they did seem to help me eat more.
 
Although this is quite an old thread I just wanted to add that loss of appetite is one of the first signs of a stressed liver.

If you have tried an injectable version a B12 such as Synhtetek's Synthelamin which is the strongest one around with
the highest concentration and it does nothing for you.... you should really go and get some bloodwork done to see
where your liver values are at.

Throughout your cycle if not already on them you should be using any and all the liver protectants/detoxifiers you can
such as Synthergine, Milk Thistle, Liv-52 etc etc.

Also you 'can' take oral B12 - but the dose required for any significant or noticeable effect it 5 to 10 times greater then
the dose of an injectable version.
