Apology to Mr.X

Mr. X, i would like to apologize for the last email the i had sent you. After i reread it i realized that it really didnt make much sense and that i probably wasted a lot of your time with it.
I have reread the CKD manual, and i am in the process of writting up a proper ckd for myself at a weight of 200 pounds as of yesterday. After I have finished it can i shoot you another email with my detailed diet for commentary?

No need for an apology. I'm not sure of your email address, but my mailbox was flooded w/ about 120 emails the other day, so I've been going through them.
