One of the trainers at the gym said this stuff was pretty good for helping to burn some extra fat if you're trying to lose weight. It doesn't have any caffiene or anything else that affects the CNS, so it is supposedly safe.
Does anyone know anything about this - mainly whether it is safe and whether it really helps, assuming you eat well and do cardio 3-4 times a week? Thanks.
PS: This is for my wife, not me - I'm still trying to gain.
