AOL or Net Zero?

If you have dial up what is the best way to go as far as cost and features. I'm too broke to go Cable/DSL right now. I currently have AOL, but am thinking of switching to Net Zero. It's cheaper and faster from what I hear. What do you give up over AOL?

we got SBC DSL at 19.99 on a 1 year contract, it was at 14.95 for a limited time but we missed the deadline. For $40 per month I'd rather get cable.

My mom had AOL dial up when like 5 years back or so when she first got a PC and I was still livin at home. Not sure if they still operate the same way, but I used to loose my connection ALL THE TIME and have sign back on all over again.
