I'm into my second week of sust 250 @ 500mg's p/week.
(250mg/cc every 3.5 days)
My question is to anyony with exp. w/sust250.
When do you start noticing strength/weight gains.
I've heard from some that your endurance in the gym just skyrockets along with strength and weight.
I'm not looking for huge gains anyway in any category, just solid all-around gains right now.
Other than a slight change in body composition(could be in my head) my measurements, weight and strength have'nt changed a bit.
Is it too early for the test to kick in, should i give it another week or two.
