i am 38 years old, 200lb, 5'11" and train 3 times a week heavy and hard, cleanish diet (odd beer and pizza here and there !), have had body fat ratio taken at gym today it is 18.3% (dont know if thats good or not ?).
so are you saying you aint going to get the muscle mass because you have a little overlying fat then ? i am not fat by any stetch of the imagination but i aint ripped either ! i have a little fat covering ab's.
would i gain 6-10lb on a 60mg dose over 4 weeks cycle ?
