You might want to take another look at the Neurogenex bro. It's much more powerful than piracetim alone. I was importing piracetim for the last couple years and have stopped because the Neurogenex is so much better.

I have been using Nootropil 800 for about 6 months and what a difference it has made. I take 2 pills a day.

My short term memory is a lot quicker as well. (slowed a bit due to smoking from time to time.)

If you smoke cannibus, then it will also help out your memory.

Just my opinion, but it works well for me.
