Anyone use Microsoft Dynamic CRM?

We need a new CRM, and this was suggested to me..

anyone use it in their job? or know anything about it?

a minor detail.

Though I think the "My" version works as a standalone, using an ASP model, that is. OF course, if you want all the integration with all the other crapola, you need R/3 then.... but there is a lot of people who go only for the CRM component.

SAP has extremely expensive licensing costs and I know for gov't it need high amounts of customizations

Oracle has the tools for your need. PeopleSoft (which is now Oracle) is probably the most popular CRM out there

well we are a small IT/sales company with 20 employees (5 in sales). I think the Microsoft one will probably fit the bill then.
