Anyone use Microsoft Dynamic CRM?

We need a new CRM, and this was suggested to me..

anyone use it in their job? or know anything about it?

a minor detail.

Though I think the "My" version works as a standalone, using an ASP model, that is. OF course, if you want all the integration with all the other crapola, you need R/3 then.... but there is a lot of people who go only for the CRM component.

Microsoft Dynamic CRM = ford Taurus

SAP CRM = Mercedes 500

Depends on your needs

well we are a small IT/sales company with 20 employees (5 in sales). I think the Microsoft one will probably fit the bill then.
