Anyone use flax oil in Italian dressing

I love the 4seasons italian dressing packs that you add oil and water to. Anyone ever substitute regular oil with Flax. How was it.

Well not exactly. I have tried to use flax oil in other ways similar to your suggestion but I find it has it's own distinct flavor that is not easily masked. I just chug it w/ a protein shake.

What is Flax oil good for anyway...besides helpiing you take a dump?
