I do like the features but its to damn expensive in comparison to other ISPs. I realized I have been being billed for the last 6 months because I signed up for the free trial of like a thousand hours or 3 months but forgot to call and cancel like a putz. But everytime I call the fuckers to cancel they want to talk me into giving me 2 free months and then after that resume being billed. So this time I told the asshole to make it official. Moral of the story: Assholes On Line make it impossible to cancel. Must use extreme force to with the enemy.

They didn't make it impossible for you to cancel. You should have just said no. It is nice though when they keep offering you free time. It works both ways though. Like with cel phones, after you've been with a company for a while, you can usually get a better deal by calling to cancel. It's nice how it works.

Last year I signed up for some porn site that was going to be $24.95 per month, with a free three day trial. You could cancel within the three days and not get billed. So, I signed up for the trial (free porn = good) and went to cancel two days later. They offered to keep me on for $8.95 per month. It made me feel sorry for the poor porn hungry bastards that pay the full ammount.
