I use 1 dropper full if I have a wekend planned that may need an extra boost. No need to keep cold, as far as I know. Each dose lasts about 3 days. Not sure on shelf life, I've had the same bottle for 6 months and it seems to be as potent as ever.

i recommend NOT using a full eye dropper. at least not the first time. that stuff works just fine at 1/4 of that dose with little to no sides... headache, stuffy nose, flushed face...

a full dropper and Im feeling too shitty the screw. not to mention the bottle will last 4x as long.

try the low dose and up it from there. one dose is good for 2 or 3 days depending on your sensitivity.

I keep mine in a drawer or the cupboard.
