Honestly man, overall I didn;t like it. THE ONLY thing I liked was the high from it the first few times. There NO CREATINE IN IT, if there was it would say how much, but they don't. It's just a glorified stimulant.
i love it and i love taking it first thing in the AM on a empty stomach before i lift/cardio. i get through a workout and i notice i lose a lot of fat working out on an empty stomach. usually i need to eat oatmeal/shake prior, but with this i dont need to. BUT cycle it dont use it everyday or more than two weeks because your body gets use to it, and its not healthy lifting on an empty stomach all the time.
Yeah it's great for giving you a boost in the gym before you lift..... I used the stuff for 5 days a week for a year straight once... Probably why I cramped up so much...lol
mri no2 is the shit... only thing you can tell it does in the gym is give you more power... running it gives your more power to explode... the no2 also helps with recovery after your training. I'll never go without it.. thats me though
