He is guilty of being a freak. I don't know if he is a criminal though....

Security guards who testified against him were people who were fired for stealing from him. Other celebs like Chris Tucker said that he met with this kid's family (through a make-a-wish foundation type of arrangement) and then invited the kid to a movie set for a week at his own expense.

Tucker said that after the movie was over, the family was still following him around, bugging him, etc. Others in the business have testified that the kid seemed "rehearsed" when he talked to them.

Fame can be a curse. It's too bad, because I don't think there has ever been a musician and entertainer as talented as MJ...and it destroyed him, no matter the outcome.

I think that the people accusing him in this case seem to be after money more than anything. Who knows if he molested that kid but I don't doubt that he's molested many others.

If nothing else, he should be locked up for just being so creepy and should have those 3 little ones taken away from him.
