Anyone take glutamine ?

Hi.

I was reading today in a fitness supplemen catalog I get that glutamine is very good for adding to your protein shakes for added muscle growth ?

can anyone tell me if I should take glutamine ? Or is it more of a man's supplement.

Anyone have any experience with it ?

PS: my whey protein has glutamine pepcides ( if I spelled that right ) but I am now curious if I should buy it, and add a scoop to my 2 shakes a day.

Maybe this is what my body needs for a muscle growth-plataue busting spurt !

If you are eating plenty of protein then you are getting plenty of glutamine. No need to spend the extra money.
 
From what I understand about Glutamine its excelelnt - if used with CLA it works even better and some of the benifits are to tighten up lose skin, preserve muscle, help you to burn fat and aslo curb cravings - sounds too good to be true hehe, its also an anti-oxidant.

Glutamine Pepties are the best form of Glutamine as thier structure breaks up much better into your system.
 
Glutamine is excellent specially if your dieting helps alot with catabolism and you recover much quicker. Personally I tend recover much faster with Glutamine and less soreness. Oh yeah I use Peptide Form which works best!
