Hi.
I was reading today in a fitness supplemen catalog I get that glutamine is very good for adding to your protein shakes for added muscle growth ?
can anyone tell me if I should take glutamine ? Or is it more of a man's supplement.
Anyone have any experience with it ?
PS: my whey protein has glutamine pepcides ( if I spelled that right ) but I am now curious if I should buy it, and add a scoop to my 2 shakes a day.
Maybe this is what my body needs for a muscle growth-plataue busting spurt !
