Yes, I speak German. The first link is basically an ad for a prohormone supp. The second link is one I'm familiar with. The descriptions of AAS there are pretty standard and not much different from other English-speaking sites. I read through the info on Clens and Winstrol and there was really nothing out of the ordinary - just standard info on effectiveness, dosage, etc..

It's a pretty good site. There's good info on AAS plus stuff on steroid alternatives, vitamins & nutrition, and links to other German sites (powerlifting, bodybuilding). I know most of the German-speaking sites dealing with AAS, and the info tends to be pretty much the same as on English-speaking sites.

The only really odd thing about this site is that the forum has been closed. When you go there, you get a message that it's been closed because of "Volksverhetzung", literally 'incitement of the masses', but here a sarcastic way of saying that they were getting (legal) troubles... Very strange, I am on two other German AAS boards, and there's never been any trouble. There's actually somewhat less stigma here on using AAS than in the US.
