Well, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is in stores on November 8th and it's going to be the sweetest game for a while. Oh, and it's for PS2 only.

1. Around 90 different songs.

25. Greatly enhanced targeting system.
26. Targeting system targets victims based on priority not proximity... meaning the most dangerous guys will be targeted, not the most closest.
27. Dual Cross-Hairs: displays both the exact target and bullet-spray radius.
28. 40 new weapons, 15 from GTA3.
29. New "crouching" maneuver.
30. Camera view will lock-on as "over-the-shoulder" in targeting mode.
31. HUD map: in interior corridor action.
32. It's the 80's so all completed objectives are paid out in real period-value dollars.
33. Many side-missions.
34. New side-missions... Rockstar reveals "pizza-delivery" side-mission.
35. More than 120 vehicles... 70 more than GTA3.
36. Lamborghinis and Ferraris are in the game.
37. Getting in choppers, with passengers are possible to do in the game.
38. Bikes look great, Tommy handles them like a pro.
39. Clothing ripples in the wind.
40. Reflective surfaces and real-time shadowing are greatly improved.
41. A new addition: the ability to shoot out tires, which affects handling physics. But wait-- police do this too...
42. Boats play a greater role.
43. Jet-skis and cigarette boats are possible.
44. Game's water physics and handling are completely revamped.
45. Vice city will appear as a totally new game and NOT as an add-on as previously reported.
46. It will feature a new game engine.
47. Bigger, badder and uncut as explained by Sam Houser: "It's an even more revolutionary gaming experience. This will be reflected in the size of the game, the scope of the gameplay and the extent of the gameplayer's freedom."

55. You can load up an airplane and bomb a boat right out of the water.
56. Spikestrips are available to police.
57. Weapons include a knife.
58. Many, many more side-missions.
59. More than 8000 - 9000 ped dialogue lines. Compare that with GTA III's 3000 lines.
60. 80 minutes worth of cutscenes... compare to GTA III's 30 minutes.
61. Tommy has been jailed for the past 15 years after a drug deal he was involved in went bad. He escapes and the guy who gave him the job asks for the money he lost. Time to get to work.
62. There is a possibility of playing as other characters.
63. The game's maturity is increased.
