I personaly used 3cc's last Tue's, 3 in the delt and 3 in the thigh. BOTH hurt like hell until today. My thigh muscle is still very tight and my delt has regained most of it's range of motion. The weight gain like I posted is already about 4 lbs. It's worth it if you train a body part every 6-7 day's. Otherwise it is going to be a real trick to train with the muscle tightness and soreness.
I am no puss when it comes to the pain so trust me start off slow. 1cc at a time and/or dliute with deca or something less irritating.
