i am on it. this is only the middle of the second week though. its going to be 16 week cycle. my doctor said that it all depends on how much you do. he set it all up for me so that i wont have any of the neg sides. you can have growth in the hands, face, feet and other areas. i do know that after 2 weeks, i love this shit and i havent even started test yet.
The first time I did it, I noticed "growing pains" in my feet, which wound up growing and extra 1/2 size. My hands also experienced some of this pain, but nothin in my face and nothing really abnormal. Wost side, had to buy bigger shoes.
