anyone on ckd reach 6-9% bodyfat

i am thinking of doing a ckd and am currently at 14% bf. I want to know if anyone has gotten to these levels with a ckd(6-9%)
thanks

im at 9% and have been bulking for 10 weeks, 9% isnt that lean.
i dont see why 7%-9% would be hard or anything, with exercise and time 5% would be possible. im sure fat loss would slow a bit but thats with any diet, because your body dosent want to have no fat on it. my impression of a keto kiet is to give the body large amounts of fat in your diet as to trick it into giving up its reserves (i.e your beer belly :) ) sort of like if you make more $ (take in more fat) you can spend more. is this right?

Got down to 9% myself. Took about 11wks to lose the 18lbs. It really wasn't that bad. Abs looked good and I don't compete, so I started slowly phased into bulking after that.

I've gotten as low as 4% on a CKD. Right now I'm cutting and at about 9%, and I agree. 9% is really not THAT lean.

how long does it take on average to drop down from 10% BF to 6-7% on a Keto diet like ckd, provided you train hard and do 4-5 days of cardio a week.

I did a CKD-type diet back in spring before a photoshoot and I reached around 4.4% bf (hydrostatic)...but I also felt very sick...I really don't know how all the competitors tolerate being at 2-3% bodyfat...every time I missed a meal i felt like I was canibalizing myself, horrible headaches and overall weakness, with liver problems (innate for me); I passed out a few times. Also getting down to 5-6% is not very hard at all, but once at those levels body resists very hard losing further, especially drug-free.

I'm at about 6%bf right now, and feel damn good about it...although I'm always cold, especially up here in the North

anyone

how long do you think it will take me to get to 8% coming from 14%, i can't decide if i should do a tkd or ckd . and thanks for responding guys.

Lot's of factors in play:
how consistent you are
level of activity
any helpers (drugs/OTC)
plus everyone reacts differently

Also what are your stats?! it's easier to narrow down this way

i got down to about 8 last time i ckd'd... started levelling off at that point and i didn't want to drop cal's anymore b/c my strength was absolutely dying.

I am 5'11, 160lbs, 10% body fat. I lift 4-5 times (intense). I also do cardio 4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. I would like to get my abs out so thats why I was thinking about ckd. I am wondering how long on average it could take on a ckd diet?

dr0832 you should think about bulking, i was the same ht/weight as you at one time and you will be alot happier with some more size,i know i sure was...eat clean and you dont gain muhc fat

I am gonna bulk. The thing is I was bigger before but it was fat not muscle. I am a tennis player. I played every day for 2-4 hours for most of my life. When I was 16 I hurt my self and couldn't play and went from 160 lbs 15% BF bf to 185 lbs 22% BF in 5 months. It was really shitty. I just looked like a fat ass. When I healed and was able to play tennis again I realized I need to cut down a lot, so I started eating healthier, but because I played a lot of tennis I had to eat a lot of carbs and drink sports drinks and that sort of shit so I never came back down to where I was. I dropped to about 175 lbs 15% and stayed that way for 4 years. I have always wanted a six pack most of my life but never really could put the effort into dieting because of tennis so I never got anywhere. But now I don't really play tennis anymore cause I lost my scholarship so I have been devoting my time to cutting and I have dropped to 160 LBs 10% BF. I think I want to get to 8% BF, and then maintain for a bit, and then start bulking and put on at least 10lbs of LBM.
