I've been burned by an IP remailer before but it's a chance you take in this game. It was about 2 yrs. ago though so I can't speak for whoever is on there now. I've also had good results with his products in the past but that's also hit or miss with people who have tried him. Best thing to do if you're going to take a chance is to place a small order first.
