I know for FACT my ex is hiding money. Problem is that I would have to legally prove it. He went from "not being able to pay me childsupport" when he only had the kids half the time to buying a 400K$ house, motorcycle, nannies, etc when he had the kids fulltime for over 6 months.... once we were legally divorced.

These types of accountants have retainer fees of like 10K.

He is in construction business so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what is going on (not to mention I was married to him for like, forever).

I got A LOT of major good stuff going o in matters regarding this, but I don't want to publicly post up. HOWEVER, the financial end is killing me.

I was declared FIT BIGTIME. The judge's exact words were, "I want to reunite these kids with their mother", but I can't have them because of finances. Welcome to America ladies and gentleman.

If you guys only knew how fucked up this has all become... because of one sick twisted motherfucker. The legal system can see what he is doing, but a process must be followed. This process costs money, of which I have very little. My ex, however, seems to have no shortage of it when it comes to paying lawyers to fuck his kids.

PS - in regards to the matter of him bruising the kids. DYFUS rep's exact words were, "A certain amount of discipline is acceptable."

Hmmmm call me crazy but grabbing a child so hard that your finger marks stay on their arm over 7 days later because that child wanted to see and be with their mother is not quite the same thing as spanking a two year old for running out into the street.

Until there are broken bones and emaciation not a damned thing will be done.

Sigh. I know people in the justice system but all in Holland and we have a fundamentally different justice system and law and they would not be able to have personal contact with you and I don't know if I can convince anybody to work in payments for somebody across the world.

A forensic accountant is specialized. They go over your records with a fine-toothed comb to see if your business practises are proper - ie no money laundering or scamming going or hiding cash going on.

My ex is hiding a substantial amount of cash. I know it for a fact. It is quite common in his industry to take cash and not declare it as income for purposes of evading income taxes and other financial obligations.

If I can prove legally that he has been doing this then I can undo my divorce (as it was fraudulent) and get the monies that are due my children and I. But this will cost me money that I don't have. My family has been helping to us since I split from their father - they have children of their own so I cannot ask them for anymore.

The only way that I can do this if the accountant will take small payments or agree to wait until the end of the process when I get what is due us.
