Thought I would begin writing down, day per day everything I feel and experience from my cycle. Everything from diet to training and gear. The cycle I'm running includes EQ, winny, Fina, proviron, bromo, Clen, ECA, Dbol, clomid, ALA, Zinc, omega3, and so on..I'm using EQ as my base and from hat running 2 shorter cycles each about 4 weeks. Post cycle clomid, proviron and bromo and ALA, also zinc. The cycle is high dose EQ, low dbol, high fina, high winny. Oralsnever more than 4 weeks, having 4 weeks rest after. Liver values checked one week before starting the next oral cycle.
Goals are to maintain my bodyfat %, and with rest/diet/training and gear gain a hard solid 10lb.
I will focus on my biceps/triceps, calfs, upper and lower chest, back of my shopulders and lower back.
BF today are very low, but that has to do with the fact I love walks, Clean foods and protein.
Diet are high protein, Low fat, medium on the carbs, 3/4 from very slow GI, fast only post workout. I will stay on my maitenance calorie intake(checking it very carefully every week, gear rises my metabolism.
Injections with EQ will be 1cc monday, 2cc wednsday and 1cc friday. Incetions with Fina will be ED. Winny taken once in the morning and once before bedtime. I take it with grape seed exctract and maybe the absorbtion increases a bit. ALA is taken with every carb meal. I eat about 6 tiomes non work out day, about 50g per meal, except lunch and dinner where I eat about 80g, I then take 750mg. That makes intake of ALA to 3.5g per day, and on trainingdays I bump dose to 4g per day, 1g post workout.
Proviron will be run week 3-15 at 25mg per day.
Suppliements will be:
ALA 3.5-4g
Multivitamines 1 per day
Zink 45g per day before bedtime
Calsium 1.5-2g per day(do not drink milk so I think I will need this)
Choline: Havn't decided yet
Inositol: Think around 2g per day, but If I feel more anxiey I will up the dose to 10g per day
Cycle:
Week 1-12 800mg chinamans EQ
Week 2-5: 50mg chinamans winny ED
Weeks 9-12: Fina 75mg ED
Weeks 8-9: Dbol 40mg ED(Haven't decided to use it yet, fina might be enough)
Weeks 10-11: Dbol 30mg ED(same as above)
Thats the gear. From that I will run bromo startig week 8 starting at 2.5mg, for how long I havn't decided yet. Also Clomid post cycle.
Anything you would like to add?
Water gain is out of the question and I do not like test because of that. Havn't afford with arimi or liquidex so test I wont include.
Think It will be enough, and I do know It all in the diet, so maybe I will reach my goals in less time.
So would you like me to post once a week with an update from every day that week, I have the time right now to do that so I hope you are interested.
