will you ever do them again? how tough is it for you lifting day to day? what supps do you take now?

i've been off for about 2 years... its difficult for me.. i'm at 230ish right now, but softer than i'd like... and my intensity is NOT there. the strenght.. wow.. what can i say... it's like half of what i had (not quite, but for example a 300lb incline bench before.. and now i'd struggle with 225 but i'd give anything to be able to even try 225 seeing how much pain i'm in due to the shoulders)..

also, do you notice more injuries? i do... knees ache daily.. shoulders are unbareable at times, elbow is jacked (no idea whats wrong with it) and back spasms...

tell me about your experience being an EX user.
 
I bet some of those injuries are an indirect result of your steroid use. You were inclining 300? That's bound to take a toll on your joints. Knees are prolly screwed from squatting heavy.


That, or your just getting old :)
 
I did 3 cycles close together.

That was about 2 years ago.

Lost everything (back down to pre juice weight).

Been natural every since and plan to keep it that way.

How did you lose everything? Lapse in training? No PCT? Bad nutrition?
 
feds dont give a shit about currents either... i remember ordering 2k worth of shit every other week...

feds have far more important shit to deal with.
 
feds dont give a shit because Ive had my fucking package full of roids opened and inspected, then closed back up with a big stamp "inspected by US Customs" and then sent on its merry way to my address.

I plan on it in the future, so most likely yes, unless I get married and she is absolutely against it for some reason.

Been down in a hole lately, now I just look at it as maintaining what I have. There is no way I could get as big as I was on gear, so what’s the point in killing myself over no gains, no change?

My analogy

Say you’re digging a hole, and you came to a huge ass rock, (your bodies Plateau)

You can either start whacking away at it with your shovel (chipping little pieces off of it) thinking you’ll break through it eventually, but in reality you never will. Maybe use a pick axe (supplements) that might give you a little encouragement, might break a few big chips off now and then. Don’t get m wrong, you still might be chipping small pieces off, but you have to work to hard to do it.

Or you can pick up a stick of dynamite (juice) and blow the shit out of the rock right then and there. And then keep digging deeper and deeper

This is where I’m at

I’ve been to that hole with the rock in it, I know I can’t chip through that rock, so I’m just keeping the hole the same depth, cleaning that dirt off the rock that falls in the hole:FRlol:

It makes me smile every time I go to the gym and see people work their asses off, talking about their diets and routines and how big their getting, it’s just funny, reminds me of myself before I did a cycle. You could workout for a year natural, and still get 4x better results in just two month on a cycle. Screw naturalism lol
 
good points... but i honestly worry about the sides now... i seem to get stabbing pains in my chest which tend to concern me here and there.

also, finding new "friends" with access is a bitch.
 
people follow through well with reading and answering questions.
 
I did a few cycles in college, i had quite a bit left over and i recently moved and decided to flush what i had since i was not gunna use them anymore. It takes too much time and dedication if your gunna do it right, which i dont have now.
College was perfect with all you can eat dorm food 3x a day and a gym in walking distance..

My body seems to want to stay one weight only.

I am knowledgeable and after the cycles did all the right things, then got hurt and couldn't work out for a couple weeks. It's amazing how fast the body goes back to it's "natural" weight.

So unless I wanted to do a cycle or two yearly, I don't see the point in doing gear anymore. I'll keep my test production, hair, lack of gyno, and health over temporarily looking bigger.

I'm natural now and am totally satisfied with my physique.
