Right. They aren't even letting these clear Customs if it is accompanied by a US Docs prescription. Reason being, is that Chinese HGH is not an approved drug in the USA. It therefore falls into the same class of drug as say, Clenbuterol, would. It isn't approved by the FDA, but isn't controlled by the DEA either. It will get seized if opened, but no further actions will be taken. The company has always been good about resending though, however I have heard from several guys who have had multiple packages seized on one single order. Sucks, since the prices are great from them. Affordable HGH is hard to come by, for alot of guys on budgets--like myself, unfortunately.

Nothing wrong with Anke Bio bro. I'm in China. I placed my last order for 100 4iu vials last Monday and recieved it on Wednesday. 2 days is the norm for me. One of the luxuries of living in China I guess.

Punk is correct. US Customs is seizing everything from Ankebio. Until Ankebio submits for FDA approval, their HGH will be off-limits to legitimate purchases by US citizens.

I think it is bad advise to tell someone that if their package gets seized customs/fda won't do anything. I was one of those people that got multiple shipments seized. Ankio resent the same order 3 times and it got seized everytime. Well the fda didn't like that too much so they decided to contact me. Long story, but I admitted to ordering it and I am still waiting to find out if any action will be taken.

While a agree that the chances of them doing something is probably small, if you get a package seized multiple times, I am proof that they will contact you. Beware, Ankio will resend a seized package automatically when they get the seizure letter. This sounds like good service. But the FDA thought that each shipment was a different order and thought I was distributing GH.

Wild coincidence, but I just got an email from Nancy this morning informing me that she's been in Europe for the past week. Didn't say whether she was there on business or pleasure. Says she'll respond to my "inquiry" as soon as she catches up.

I said DEA brother. Not FDA. Being that it is not a controlled substance, the DEA, under normal circumstances, would not become involved. Also, it is incredibly rare that the Food & Drug Administration would become involved in incidents like this, unless a person really pushed their luck with them, which I would assume by your 3 incidents, is the way they perceived your actions. In other words, if you were sent a letter from them, yet shook it aside twice, and had 2 additional packages sent, then OK, I see then why they might want to know why you thought that their authority was a joke. I mean, if you want to throw it in a Government Law Enforcement Agencies face, that you don't acknowledge nor respect their authority, then something might then happen as far as you being contacted. I'm assuming, that you had the packages sent to the same addy as well, or at least addies with your name on them, since they knew the subsequent shipments were all indeed for you as well. I guess "good advice" then would be, to not follow that same pattern.

I agree, DEA probably would not get involved since it is not a controlled drug. I also agree that most likely a single GH seizure will not generate much trouble. But if you have multiple shipments seized, they don't just keep sending you seizure letters. In my case, I never asked for the shipment to be resent, Ankio did this automatically and sent me notification after the fact. So I wasn't throwing anything in their face. If you do get a shipment seized from ankio , make sure you contact them and tell them to send to another address or not to resend.
