I use R-ALA from AST and I have no problems with it whatsoever. Granted, this is a tough supplement to analyze as its effects aren't clearly evident and/or can be affected by other variables, but that being said, I feel as though it does work for me.
ast is very likely racemate-given that when they switched the label they did not switch the price (R+ costs 7-10 times as much as racemate) feedback on various boards with respect to syntraxs poduct has been mixed. IMO its R heavy at best.

Thanks for the help guys. Not sure if i'm going to try it. I thought about it but I am still not convinced. I have also considered trying vasostat from cytosport but so far I have not found anybody who has tried it yet. It cost around $50.00 for a 25 day supply. That is too much to pay just to try. But if it does do what they claim I think that it would be worth it.

no one has actually put up such a test, regarding AST. Though dont doubt it, since they changed the label and not the price (from ala200 to rala200). Not likely given that ala costs about 1/6 as much as R-ala. EAS did the same thing with one of their products, but then changed the label to 50mg r-ala (from 100mg ala).
