Anyone have Act! for Windows??

I have some people I support that use it...I avoid it like the plague. The integration with Exchange is not great, which makes it a headache for us.

Outside of that, they love it for the default templates and reports.
 
i have it.
its good, except my current version of office (xp) isn't supported so the templates don't do shit for me.

i am using 4.01 but tried 6 and it didn't work for xp office either. it has its own word processor, but thats not what we all use in my office here.
 
We got it here at work IMO a complete waist of money everytime I would try to merge documents for email my systmem would crash.
 
I got a copy. It's a'ight. Easy to use though.

What do you guys suggest for Contact Management? I'd like something that i could also easily link into accounting, invoices, etc like Quickbooks. And the emails could easily be used for group emailing activities, etc.?? The save as comma-delimited approach is time-consuming. Doesn't MS make a CM software?
