Yes it works on its own but in most things why wouldn't you want to maximize full benefits. I wouldn't run anything without at least a baseline of test, throw in some IGF-LR3 and make a superman cycle.. Plan on at least 4-6 months for really noticeable results. Plenty of kinds of GH available out there. I have several

Yes you can get good effects with HGH on its own but nothing like
you can in a high an anabolic environment.
