anyone frequent a chiro...?

i tweaked my neck, YET AGAIN today doing some dumbbell shoulder presses...

now it's all stiff again... :(

i'm considering going to a chriopracter to maybe have myself aligned... after such a long layoff, now that i'm getting back into it and my weights jumping up quickly, i think i may need to have my body put back "right"...

any advice...?

Take a pair of 100 pound dumbells and sit on the end of a narrow flat bench with the dumbells sitting on your legs. Kick them back like you are going to do a set of flat d.b. bench presses. Let out your breath as your roll back onto the bench with them. If you do it right, it will crack all the vertebrae you are looking to fix. Post up your results. Remember to keep the dumbells close to your chest as you lie down with them on top of you.

I went to one for around 3 months as a senior in highschool, I was always getting all fucked up from basketball. It's great if you go often for a little while. Otherwise, going once doesn't really help that much. It comes back quickly. I went for my lower back and neck.

After that 3 months though I was good for close to 2 years before I felt I needed to head back. It's $$$, 30 bucks a pop. Went once a week for 2 months, then every other week for a month.
 
If you've seen the posts by QT, apparently, they just massage your ass. Sounds gay to me.
