i tweaked my neck, YET AGAIN today doing some dumbbell shoulder presses...
now it's all stiff again...
i'm considering going to a chriopracter to maybe have myself aligned... after such a long layoff, now that i'm getting back into it and my weights jumping up quickly, i think i may need to have my body put back "right"...
any advice...?
