Is it possible to save a presentation as a VCD? or something else that will play in a dvd player?

Hmm. Not with powerpoint by itself. I'd assume you'd need some sort of a screen capturing program. I'm sure it can be done, but I wouldn't know where to start. You could just have a tv output card in your computer and hook a tv up to it.

You'll need to transcode to MPEG 2... with Vdub or something.

Powerpoint isn't made to be played on a DVD. You could make it work, but it will be a pain in the ass to make it happen.

Set all the slides on a timer, start Camtasia, start Powerpoint, stop Camtasia when the slides are done, Transcode into S/VCD format with some prog, burn with NERO.

goddamn, okay when I try to add music (to play form start to finish of the slideshow presentation) it makes the frame wait till the entire sound clip is done, I want the sound to play right through transitions?
