Anyone evr had success with Charles Poliquin routines?

The guy is a genius. While I am not a disciple of anyone-When Charles speaks I listen. I recommend starting with THE POLIQUIN PRINCIPLES.
 
Slyder......do his one-day arm workout, and then let us know how you liked it..........when you can lift your arms again high enough to type!!! Just like it sounds, you basically work the arms one day........ALL day. Shocks the most stubborn bi's into new power and size.
 
I have his book Poliquin Principles as well and its one of the few books on training that I've read thats worth a damn. I use a lot of his training methods since I think they're the best combo of BB and sports specific. He dispells a lot gym myths about training and emphasizes staying injury free. Another cool thing about him, although I haven't the rest of his stuff, is that he doesn't preach about the evils of Anabolics.
 
I've got the Poliquin Principles, and it's a great book. Elapid basically covered what I wanted to say in his post. As for free routines, go onto t-mag.com and search for Poliquin. He used to write for them, so you should be able to find some routines.
