Sometimes its the last resort bro. Also there are alot of new meds out today that are non habit forming. It's alot better than trying to function on 0-2hrs. sleep everyday too, that can't be very healthy and certainly isn't gonna help if your trying to get jacked.

I'VE TRIED JUST ABOUT EVERY KIND OF SLEEP MED OUT THERE. NONE REALLY WORK ALL THAT WELL. ALL HAVE THEIR DRAWBACKS. THE AMBIEN WORKS WELL THOUGH. ATLEAST BETTER THAN THE REST.

sonata 10 kind of sucks leaves you with a hangover feeling. restoril i found works well, but xanax is even better. rotate the stuff so you don't get dependent and have at least a couple nights sleep without any thing in your system each week.
