Chambewy20 said:I had what is called a Baker's Cyst, pretty much a deposit of synovial (sp?) fluid, like "water on the knee," but when your knee generates an excess, it takes the path of least resistance which in many cases is behind the knee.
With my dumbass, I kept on training heavy for a powerlifting meet and then one day it burst and all migrated down into my foot, it looked like a club foot.
I had surgery and basically they attempted to patch the "leaks" as best they could and resulted in a big ass scar and sorta messed with my hamstring.
I also had severe arthritis, a couple of tears and a fractured patella without even knowing it afte the MRI and some scoping.
Google Baker's Cyst and see if this seems to be the case, I thought in my case it was just water on the knee but since I never slowed up in my training or activities, it never went away therefore had to have it removed. I beleive they can extract it with a syringe but mine was severe enough to need surgery.
