I gave myself an inflamed disk in my lower back last year lifting the ez-curl bar incorrectly. From time to time when I lift heavy on chest of back days it acts up again. Anyone ever have this condition? What did you do about it? Last year I went to a chiropracter who fixed me up in about 2 weeks - with some residual effects that continued for a month or 2 (and of course the re-occuring pain some lift days). I am a bit scared to do gear until I get this sorted out. Any thoughts?
