Ephedra in their lifetime? Have you found yourself on this stuff like all the time even when you know youre supposed to take it for a while then go off it? BUt you dont care you kinda like need it to get thru the day. Then when you run out and youre waiting for that shit in the mail, you like can hardly get thru the day. Anyone? Post up.
Also, whats the most ephedra you have taken in one day. I used to take like 18 hydroxycuts everyday for a while no shit. That was a while ago now i take the rec. dosage.
 
i take it sporadically....Xenadrine would make me all pissed off and irritable.....

NYC was the best though
 
I used to take 100mg per day, but spread over 4 doses. I took 50mg at once one time, and my heart began to hurt - not race or shit, but actually hurt. I said "fuck it", and went back to using 25mg pre-workout.

Bor how much ephedra in 6 hydroxys? thats how many i used to take at once, and three times a day. Im just curious how much damage i may have done. Mind you, I didnt have any problems excpet when i stopped taking that stuff i couldnt get out of bed for 3 days no lie.
 
Can't take that stuff...wires me too much. If I have a soda with caffeine in it...my heart feels like it is going to explode and I probably will not sleep that night.

I dont think im talking fast i havent had any ephedra since yesterday aftrernon thats probably why im thinking about it. i wish fed ex was a little more ex.
 
A buddy of mine gets his from Europe. These tiny little pills that are pure ephedrine. Asked me if I wanted some...lol. I'd die I think...

I used to do ECA and Yohimbe and it felt like I was flying - driving to work was fun.

ECA makes me crash too hard.

NYC was good stuff - no buzz from that - just a weird feeling.

Now I just drink too much Coke. I would move to coffee, but I need to bring in my mug and also the coffee machine is upstairs.
I'm lazy.

We are moving up into that part of the office soon - so then I will only have to go down the hall to get it - maybe then.
Much fewer cals and more caffeine in the coffee - better on both counts.
Will likely let it get cold before drinking it though - don't need the heat.
 
I love the E from ECA. 2 or 3 times a day max and 1 or 2 pills at a time. I have the NYC the TREX but still like the ECA I guess I like the Jittery felling. lol It`s not jittery to me it`s energy.

I ran out of ECA recently and am hoping to order some more soon. I have about 4-6 bottles of NYC AND TREX left though. Still want the ECA. lol

Yah i been using ECA Stack from NutraSport good stuff but i only use the rec. doseage so i'm not even getting the jittery feeling. really just a peak of energy. comes in handy for long workouts and waitressing at night when i would rather be sleeping LOL. i got it cheap too, 20 bucks for a whole bottle. funny thing is im still fat.:rolleyes:

I remember it working like magic, but then people saying it can hurt your liver.
 
It's been opened, plus since your liver can regenerate itself, I may start taking it again.

before i even got into supplements and lifting and stuff i was on a road trip with some morons like myself, and he said take some ripped fuel so we can stay up late as fuck(orignal ripped fuel is way stronger then todays stuff) so we popped some ripped fuel all of us and alot of it late in the evening and felt paranoid
kinda cool how i felt though in a way


4 ripped fuel dosed out at from 8 pm to mid nite was one of the dumbest thing i have even done

i may try t rex and clenbuterol soon
 
Yea I'm like that now. I cannot function without some sort of stimulant. We have these shitty generic fat burners that don't work at all. So I'm putting 3 green tea bags in a cup with 3 packets of sugar. I'll do this at work all day long just to get me through the day. I stopped stimulants for 3 or 4 weeks and I never felt any better. Once I get this sleep study done to see why I can't stay asleep. I'm hoping I can finally come off of stimulants. I'm kinda in a catch22. If I don't take stimulants, I feel like shit but my anxiety isn't as bad. But if I take something, I'm more awake and in a better mood but my anxiety is through the roof. Even with taking wellbutrin and zoloft.
 
Anyone try that stuff from Protein factory? Not sure of the name but it`s the new fatburner that Nelson M has been talking about. Supposed to work on the thyroid or something instead of CNS I think.
 
I popped 7 mini-thins one time before a run and I was shaking for the rest of the day. Felt realy weird.

Too bad it;s so hard to find now. 100 pills were between $4-$7 dollar. They sold these at gas stations.

Pure Ephedrine hcl.
 
I'm doing good if I can even handle the recommended dosage.
