I live in central London. It's great to run by the Thames in the middle of the night. Had some freaky ass people try to move in on me from a distance, then they see all 6'0" 220lbs ripped to fuck and they think again.
I don't jog because I'm afraid of losing gains, but I do walk yes. 30-45 minutes, just enough to keep the metabo going, not really burn calories. I sit at a desk all day so...
