Anyone else cutting up for the summer already?

I started the first week of January. I was at 265 (I'm 6'3"). Not sure what my body fat was (18% +/-). I still had 8 abs when I flexed but my waist was HUGE. I could barely get into 38" pants.
I cut out the crap with the exceptions of Sundays where I will have some pizza or something like that.
I also cut back on my carbs. I have been replacing them with quality fats.
Right now I am at 240. Still have a little fat along the belt line. 36" pants are loose now.
Also, doing the dreaded 20 minutes or cardio a day too!

Where are you guys at? What are your goals?
 
Thats how I am I can see abs but the handels are there.Bulking for another year..
 
Looking at about a four pack now bro. Got some handles to go but I'm confident they will be gone by summer.
 
May will be cardio 5 days a week. That's what I did last summer with great success.

Oh and I'm looking at a 2 pack even though my bf is around 9-10%. Maybe I should keep a constant coat of YES on my midsection.
 
Unfortunately I am bulking through the summer, but I am lucky enough to remain fairly lean even when bulking. Not much went right at all this past winter as far as training or personal life, but I am back on track at least and that's all that counts. So anyway Slat my friend, my goals are to make progress with the weights in the gym as well as the weight on the scale. Gonna be running Anavar, Cyp and EQ, (Susupension at the end as well). So along with clean diet and cardio, hopefully I will still have a decent appearance as I go upwards. Having to do a bulker in the summer hopefully won't mess with my head too much. Even if it was winter, I'm aiming to get quality gains with the compounds I'm running, hence the Anavar instead of D-bol.
 
i'm there, too, bro. started back in february at around 235, and right now i'm around 215. summer starts a little earlier here in texas. well, usually.

i'd like to get into the 190's by around mid-summer.
 
I will probably wait until the end of September to start putting some size back on.
Next time I will watch what I eat a lot better. Just more clean food instead of food binges.
My head is in a better place when my abs look good!
 
I'm trying to get back above 200 lbs and stay natural. I don't care about abs at this point, they kind of show and will continue to. I just screwed my diet up when I was cutting before. Lost too much.
 
was 201lbs but after 3 or 4 weeks im down 2 186lbs was a fatty 20-some thing %bf with no abs now got 4. cardio 30-45mins in the am on just a protein shake low low carbs and fat. 1 cheat meal a week 1 high carb day a week. yea and u wont keep clean ul get fat over winter again, i sead the same thing last year but still a winter fatty
 
Currently running a Test/Winny cutter.I'm going to be travelling in asia for the summer,need to look nice and lean for all them asian hunnies.

Take a ton of pictures of those hunnies and then post them in a thread!
 
I started Jan 1st at 319 lbs. I'm down to 285. Only 20 more to go and I'll be within grasp of contest condition for the first time in like 5 yrs. I actually have veins in my forearms again 24/7 w/ no pump. Yay!
 
yes sir....rip mode is in full effect....7 meals a day all real food...30 mins cardio am...50 min weights in the evening...low carbs....high pro...mod fats....test/tren/t3/gluc/sesa/YES.....tren is absoF*CKINGlutely the key to extreme leaness!!! Good luck to all bros with getting your shred on....it sure feels nice when you out on a boat/beach/pool or a comp etc and your freakish.....nothing better except for the ass you attract!!!!
