ANyone do the seated variety??

I can barely move this morning.....3 sets of 8 with just 135




...I'll move this over in a while.......
 
HA HA...yeah, I alternate them in every two weeks, usually only on light weeks. They're pretty demanding.

My lower lumbars are terribly weak
 
Ive never done any form of good mornings. Deadlifts and some hyperextensions are the only lower back movment i ever do.

135 to 185 --- Usually I do sets of 15-15-10-8-8 and go 135 - 155 - 175 -185.
 
everyday at work I do about 10-12 seated good mornings and then like 15 more walking around. usually it is within the first hour of getting to work as other people are rolling in or I see them for the first time.
neither version is all that stressful really.
