Hey Guys,

I know that its a pretty bad idea not to follow the time on/time off idea. But i wanna hear experiences from people who actually didnt wait.......Anyone ?

Bro even though everyone will suggest to you that its the right thing to do......you`ll prolly find that theres a large number of guys who just get straight back on after pct. Some just stay on permanatly.

Its the right thing to do......but not everyone actually does it.

yeah i guess so.......anone who wanna share their xperiences ?

yup, there are a lot of guys that dont take the necessary time off. i usualy do. there have been exceptions, but rare and far between. if not for health purposes, it also gives me better gains. when i jump back on too soon, i dont gain shit.

I agree, if you don't let your receptors recoup. after the cycle long enough, and you quickly put the juice back in, youre not going to see the growth desired.

Some respond well to little time between cycles and others do rather poorly. I would be in the later group of the two. Limited my time off only once and paid the price heavily. Took three times as long to rebound afterwards. I will not make that mistake again.

Having said that, I know a couple of fellas who stay on and don't come off. They are both on HRT. Not saying this is the case for all....but just my experiences. I am not willing to compromise my body's natural hormonal recovery process. I am in it for the long haul. Remember.....life is not a sprint....it's a marathon! Slowly, surely, and safely is the best way to approach the use of gear.

Good luck with whatever you choose!

Marathon means keep going. So you're telling us to keep on juicing?!

i can't see it being good for you at all to stay on or not take a break. i know the pro's stay on most of the time but take a look at some of the interviews going around, those guy's are worried as shit about there health.

your receptor get burned out every time you juice so you have to wait for them to clear out before you introduce more chemicals to your body. When ever you juice, you down grade your receptors and you must take a little more each time to make the same exact gains. I would wait at least 3 months between any kind of cycle.

This is a myth and how many times has it been discussed here?

well then einstein, how come you don't make gains after your pct? Because your receptors have been used so much that it becomes less succeptible. Everyone I know knows this. If this wasn't true then there would be no end to how big you could get.

If you don't make gains after your pct then you need to re-examine your pct, training, or diet. Your receptors are constantly being re-newed whether you are juicing or not

The receptors do down-regulate to some degree. Anytime you have elevated levels of any endocrine hormone, your receptors will down-regulate. There is no desensitization of the receptors per se, however, there is less expression of the receptors on the surface of the cells and therefore fewer places for the AAS to bind. It is another mechanism besides HPTA shutdown for the body to deal with unusually high hormone levels.

Another response, which is equally important, is the increased ability of the body to breakdown and remove the hormone from the system due to increased production of the responsible enzymes.

Time off between cycles allow both mechanisms to return to a normal state. Meaning, you now have low levels of hormones so expression of the receptors is increased and you have more places for androgens to bind. Also, the increased level of enzymes responsible for breakdown and removal of the hormone are no longer needed and therefore decrease.
