made me pray for death at 400mg/day. My internal air condition compeltely broke down. Lethargic as hell. One whole week i was a compelte vegetable. No fat loss at all.
Completely over-rated. Ain't touchin' that crap again.
yes it is. i'd go w/ either satch's way at 200mg for 3-4 weeks. or you could start by taking 200mg for 3 days and up the dose to 400 until you start to get warmer, maybe like 2-3 days later, then if its not too intense, you could go up to 600mg but only for like 1-2 days. the whole process should take no more than like 10-12 days.
i used it once a year ago....felt like i was dying....lost weight....not sure i muscle or fat...the workouts sucked and i had the worst night sweats....and smelt horrible.....if that tell you anything....

First time I ran it was at 200mg/day and the sides didn't bother me at all and I good losses. Second time I ran it was at 400mg/day and that was a little harder to endure. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't that much fun either.
