Anyone a car salesman

I have the chance at becoming a car salesman but if you asked any of my friends, they would say I'm a pretty upfront and honest person. Things that seem aren't too applicable when it comes to this profession. I know there is the potential to make some serious cash but I don't want to do it if I have to compromise my integrity as a person. So, is there a possibility of being an honest sales person?
