Anybody watch that show "Lost"?

It looks pretty interesting, eh? I can't say that aboot many shows these days with all the reality shit they got. I may have to keep watchin this puppy.
 
Im kinda pissed I missed it, but i was at work all night. It has that hottie from Party of Five. Id watch it just to see him with a normal haircut.
 
I saw the last half hour of it. The pilot that survived the crash broke one of the rules of thrillers: Don't peek outside when you hear roaring wild animals.
 
Seems like it'll be a pretty decent show for network television. We usually stick to shows on F/X and HBO b/c they much more real
 
I watched it... It seems like it could be a pretty decent show... I'm not sure if they're going down the right direction with the 'supernatural creatures'... that might be a bit cheesey, but I'll probably check it out next week.

I knew he was a goner the second he started climbing out.
 
Oh god I hope its not a dinosaur..

but if it were a dinosaru wouldnt of just ate the dude instead of leaving him in a tree after it killed him..

or maybe he just tasted bad.

I was getting up a lot during the show so didn't see that part. I agree though that a dinosaur would suck.

I'm kinda thinking that they crashed on the island that Jurassic Park was on. Since most of the dinosaurs were just left there, this may be a possbility albeit a cheesy one
 
If thats what its about.. I wont watch it.. those Jurassic park movies really sucked after the first one.

Im sick of movies about gigantic, stupid monsters. Dinosaurs were dumb as bricks and I doubt anyone besides the most retarded of humans would get eaten by one.

I am watching it and they are running around like idiots to get away from it, but they havent even seen the damn thing yet!

I was like WTF are you running for if all you have done is heard the damn thing? Wimps.
 
I saw it... I have Comcast & in the "info" it said that the island is "bedeviled by a monstereous creature". After that, I was pissed. The whole lost idea was cool but now w/ a monster? No thanx.
 
I want to know how the dog got there. I'm thinking they're gonna discover some other humans.
 
I saw the part 2 tonight. It was the kid's dog from off the plane.

After the preview the network mentioned that both parts 1 and 2 will air again Saturday at 8:00 EST.
 
Man, I love this show....best thing since X-Files. I like how they go back and tell everybody's story.
 
dt, any theories about what the creature is? or what is going on with the people on the island?

i have heard people talking about everything from the bermuda triangle/ to all of the "survivors" are actually dead and this is their purgatory. what you think so far?
 
Yeah this show is cool. Like Dial Tone said, It's cool how they go back and tell everyones story. Lots of cool twists and turns i expect.

The expected power source should be cool....maybe Aliens?

I'm thinkin a flux capacitor-powered DeLorean. Now i'm wondering if the people from the other half of the plane are somewhere else on the island. I believe they're gonna find other humans at some point.
 
Hmm, sounds interesting. I might have to see if I can download the episodes. If it's even half as good as the X-files, then it's a great show.
 
I find it interesting that there's like 30 people there, and only like 15 of them have lines. The rest are like extras lmao. Just an observatoin


I wonder if the same people will be in ever episode...

I noticed that the other night lol I saw some chick that was wearing what looked to be perfectly clean clothes which struck me as odd considering everyone else looks dirty as hell. :p
 
Probably dug the clean clothes out of the luggage that survived the crash.

It's a great show. Gripping and unpredictable. I expected Locke to be meat.
 
I think CHarlie is a such a great leader because he had to raise his brothers and sisters when their parents died in that car accident.

I bet now he thinks that Balley's alcholism is nothing compared to burning a plane full of bodies.
