Anybody use 0.2micron filters for fina?

I've read that if you warm the fina when filtering you can get it through a .45 micron syringe filter alright.

Anybody ever do it with a 0.2micron filter? I'd rather use a .2 if it will work alright.

You have to push really hard to get it through a .20 and you could break it. You should use a .45 at least the first time.

do both...

if you really want to remove everything. Here's what I've done twice before:

1) run through coffee filter
2) run through 0.45 micron filter
3) run through 0.2/0.22 micron filter

follow this with heating cycle - clean and sterile product at the end of the day. Have a couple of each filter around and don't push too hard or they'll bust.

I guess I'll go with a .45 and then see if I can further filter with a 0.2.
