Liquid Beef aminos? I did a search for LBA's and nothing came up.

Lysine is lysine , it matters not if it's beef , egg , pork , chicken , milk or wheat
Same with bcaa's
leucine is leucine....

I just want to point out that Liquid Beef Aminos are made from the cow fetus. Delicious nutritious cow fetus, that has to count for something. I mean, come on, you gotta get man points for sucking that syrup down...knowing...despite the chocolaty goodness.

Nah.. he means the American EFX stuff, liquid beef aminos, right from the fetus.

Some guys claim AAS like results. I guess it's as simple as a whole nutrient can get really..so I can see how it can be effective. The price is ridiculous though at 14 bucks a bottle and 3-4 servings using it 'lightly' it gets pricey. A couple weeks worth at a good dose will run you at least a couple hundred and he gets you when he offers you the bigger package and its more economical but not that much.

Whatever, whey, tren, test, and beef work for me.

From what I remember the LBAs by EFX that he promotes has a weaker nutrient and amino acid profile than Twinlab. When it comes down to it, aminos are aminos and nutrients are nutrients no matter what source they come from.
